[1. GENERAL RULES]
- K278 strives for unity and peace within the kingdom.
- Attacks within the kingdom against other players are not allowed, except in COT or illegal resource occupations.
- Clan Forts and Memorial Portals/Resources are protected at all times. Attacks are not permitted under any circumstances.
- All ingots must be paid as taxes; they cannot be used for personal benefit.
- Your Clan description must state you follow and respect K278 ROE
- Promote respect: Do not use racist, derogatory, vulgar, offensive, or harassing language in KC or in private chats.
[2. ROE VIOLATIONS]
- First, try to reach an agreement with the player.
- If the player doesn't respond, speak to the diplomat or leader.
- If no agreement is reached, report the case in the chat: K278COURTROOM
- Ultimately, speak to the King
[3. WHO IS PROTECTED BY ROE]
- All clans who respect and follow the ROE
- All players with capital 10 and Under
[4. RESOURCES]
- Any resource created by a player belongs to its creator, except by express assignment.
- Any resource within the clan's territory belongs to the clan. Clans can kick you out immediately without warning.
- Any event resources (pumpkins, carrots, snowmen, etc.) belong to the clan. Do not steal them.
- Rare crypts belong to the player who opens them.

* You must start collecting within 5 minutes of registration or it can be taken by another player.
* Only 1 registration every 24 hours. No exceptions. If you are attacked, you must be compensated by the attacker, but this does not entitle you to a new registration before the 24 hours are up.
* Any unregistered WS or DM can be attacked, or its coordinates posted in the KC so any unshielded player can expel them.
* Resources within the clan's territory belong to the clan and do not need to be registered.
Other wild resources (Silver, Stone, Wood, Iron, Farms):
- They are free for all.
- First come, first served.
- Attacks are not allowed under any circumstances
[5. COT]
We advocate for avoiding attacks within the kingdom and hitting targets abroad instead, running CP, or making non-aggression pacts between clans; however, if you choose to participate, you must follow these rules:
During COT, this is the only exception where attacks within the kingdom are allowed, whether on cities or portals.
If you do not wish to participate, activate your peace shield or shelter in the fort.
- The clan Forts are protected.
- Do not attack players less than 50% of your might.
- If you attack a player greater than 50% of your power, they will be able to attack you.
- Reinforced defenses are permitted.
- Reinforced attacks are not allowed
[6. OUTLAWS]
- Will be given a negative title.
- Only the king can remove outlaw status .
- Can be attacked by anyone in the kingdom .
- Is not allowed to join a clan (if a clan accepts them, the clan will also receive outlaw status) You will have 24 hours to remove the player

[7. COMPENSATIONS]
- Compensation should be worked out between the players and/or clans.
- If you can't reach an agreement, ask for help in the chat: k278CompChart
- If no agreement is reached after the above, the king will choose a non-negotiable compensation.
